Bachmann - Bill to Ban Global Currency

Thank to M for introducing me to Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) (now SHE is a Michele I would rather have in the White House). Seems as if she's the only one with the stones to stand up to the morons Geithner and Bernanke. She asked them point blank if they would denounce efforts to move towards a global currency; both said unequivocally that they would. But a day later, Geithner said that option was still open - SHOCKER. "I want to know which [answer] it is. The American people deserve to know." Damn right we deserve to know! THEY work for US - not the other way around. They are accountable to us. Bachmann has even introduced legislation that would prevent the dollar from being replaced by a global currency.

Unfortunately, I don't believe it will matter if Geithner or Bernake want a global currency, the other G20, especially China do. I don't blame the other G20 nations looking to switch from the dollar with Obama and his trillion a month spending, I'd be looking for a new investment myself. If other countries embrace a world currency, we may be forced to do so or our money might be worthless. It's all thanks to our clueless leader.
